NATA or the National Aptitude Test in Architecture is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) for admission to undergraduate architecture programs across India. The exam evaluates the candidate’s aptitude for the field of architecture and their ability to comprehend and communicate architectural designs.
The exam consists of two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A is a computer-based test that assesses the candidate’s drawing, observation, and visualizing skills. Part B is a pen-and-paper-based test that evaluates the candidate’s aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking skills.
NATA scores are accepted by various government and private institutions offering undergraduate architecture programs. Oddbox Design Coaching Institute offers coaching for NATA to help students prepare for the exam and excel in it.
